Quality Policy Statement

At Tower Cold Chain, we are committed to ensuring that our products and services are fully aligned with Tower’s processes and procedures, consistently meeting the requirements of our customers and other interested parties. In support of our core values and business strategy, our goal is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.

To achieve this, we have implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), which is part of the Tower Integrated Management System (TIMS), and is aligned with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Tower Commitments:

  • Customer and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all customer requirements, as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, are fully identified, understood, and consistently met.
  • Solution-Driven Approach: Adopt a flexible, solution-oriented approach to meeting requirements by embracing a ‘can do’ attitude and leveraging our extensive marketplace knowledge.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) by proactively identifying and addressing risks and opportunities that may impact the quality of our products and services, while maintaining a strong focus on improving customer satisfaction.
  • Environmental Responsibility: Recognize and address the impact of climate change on our operations and supply chain to ensure our ability to provide business and services to our customers as usual. We commit to integrating environmental considerations into our decision-making processes, ensuring that our practices align with health, safety, environmental, and quality ISO standards.

We shall:

  • Comply with all ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Ensure that the senior leadership team is committed to driving a strong quality culture within Tower.
  • Take accountability for the effectiveness of our QMS, ensuring that it is aligned with the purpose, context, and strategic direction of our organization.
  • Provide the necessary resources to ensure the QMS is effective and efficient.
  • Promote a process-based approach and incorporate risk-based thinking into all our operations.
  • Set measurable objectives that support this policy, regularly reviewing them for relevance and progress.
  • Commit to the ongoing improvement of our QMS.
  • Engage, guide, support, and develop our employees to enhance their contribution to the effectiveness of our QMS.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and employees to establish and maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Continually improve our services, products, and relationships with customers and suppliers by reviewing systems, processes, and data to minimize risks, anticipate future needs, and drive operational efficiencies.

While quality responsibility is primarily led by top management, it is a collective effort across the organization. Therefore, all Tower employees are responsible for ensuring the quality of their work. To support this, Tower provides training and has established systems to help employees meet the required quality standards.

As a minimum, we will review this policy annually to ensure its ongoing suitability. This policy will be communicated to all individuals working for or on behalf of the Tower, and will be included in our induction training. It is available to all employees through our electronic systems.
