How do I place an order?

How do I check my order status?
The status of an order can be checked by logging into the Tower Control Center and navigating to the “Orders” section.
What is live monitoring?
Live monitoring is a way of tracking your shipment in near real-time. Tower KTEvolution26 and KTEvolution57 containers can be equipped with the Elpro ECOLOG-PRO 1TGe cellular data logger for near real-time location and temperature readings of each container whilst the shipment is in-transit. This data can be viewed and downloaded in the Tower Control Center portal application. For more information, please contact us.
Can I lease and buy Tower solutions?
The KTEvolution and Airline Insulated Box (AIB) lines of containers are available to buy or lease. All other Tower containers, including the KTM and KT400 line are available for lease only.
How do I find a suitable Tower packaging solution?
Details of available Tower solutions can be found in the Compare section of our website. To assess the thermal performance of a potential solution for a lane, customers can use the Temperature Simulator in the Tower Control Center application, please contact our sales team to discuss your needs and request access.
What is the Tower Control Center?
The Tower Control Center is Tower’s dedicated web application for planning, tracking and reviewing your temperature-controlled shipments. Existing customers can request an account here. New customers can request an account by contacting our sales team.
Where can I find qualification reports?
Various technical documents for each Tower product can be found on the Tower website here. To access qualification reports, please login to the Tower Control Center portal application, by navigating to “Packaging Solutions”, then search for the required container, select “View Detail”, then scroll down to the documents area.
How do I calculate the number of containers required for my shipment?
The number of Tower containers required for your shipment payload can be calculated using the Tower Payload Calculator.
How do I request a Tower Control Center portal account?
Existing customers can request a Tower Control Center account here. New customers can request an account by contacting us to discuss requirements.
Where can I find invoices and other order documents?
Invoices and other order documents such as Delivery Notes and IGI documents can be found in the Tower Control Center portal application, by navigating to the “Documents” area.
Where can I find my contracted rates and prices?
Agreed rates can be viewed on-screen and downloaded as a PDF file in the Tower Control Center application by selecting “Pricing” from the menu.
Where can I find information about Tower Hubs?
A list of Tower Hubs and addresses can be found on the “Hubs” area in the Tower Control Center and on the Tower website here.
